Concerned if your child's getting good quality sleep?

Here are 3 things to look out for!

When sleeping, kids should be:

❔Quiet- look out for loud or effortful breathing/snoring, and teeth grinding.

❔Dry- look out for drooling, sweating and bedwetting.

❔Calm- look out for tangled sheets, restlessness, and excessive movement during sleep.

↪️Not sleeping well can result in symptoms such as:

😲hyperactivity/ exhaustion

😲Trouble concentrating

😲Poor acedemic performance

😲Behavioral concerns/moody

If you think your child may not be getting good quality sleep reach out to an airway focused provider for an evaluation.

💥Remember just because something is common, doesn't mean normal!💥
