Expose, Expand, Explore!

We want our children to develop positive adventurous relationships with eating! The best way to do this is by exposing them to foods many times and allowing them to interact with foods in a non pressure environment. Children don't need to actually eat a food in order for them to gain from the exposure, in fact it doesn't even have to be real food!

Have you tried this?
